Yes,we have.You can feel confident to order from chinanewfashion.com We have a special QA team checking all orders before shipping out to our customers.And we have best warranty for most items.
1) 10 Days Money Back Warranty
If you are not satisfied with our product except customize item(s) because it doesn't work,you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund,in this case,we don't refund the shipping fees.
If you are not satisfied with our product only because you don't like it,you can send them back to us in 10 days after you receive it for refund,in this case,we'll charge you 15% restocking fee and we don't refund the shipping fees.Buyer should pay to ship the item(s) back.
2) One Month Exchange Warranty
If the product doesn't work,you can send them back to us in one month for exchange,buyers pay the shipping fees for sending back to us,and we pay the shipping fees for resending them to buyers.
3) One Year Manufacture Warranty
Within 1 year,buyers can send them back for free repair,in this case,buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides.Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you.If buyer breaks the items and some components need to be changed,we will charge for the original value of that component.
4)How to Return
If you want return the product,you need to connect us for the return instruction,cause we need to make sure of the problem before return.

If we accept you return the items,please DO write a note in English with your order number or payment ID so that we can find the order details.Thanks.
5) Return Fees
No matter for any reason,buyers should pay the shipping fees for returning the goods.Buyers should send our products back first,we will process the refund or exchange immediately After we receive the returned item(s).
If your items have been ordered over one month since you received it,you should pay for the reshipping fee to us,there will customer service help you to pay for the post fee.
2. Can I return the customize item(s)?
Really sorry,we do not accept returning customize item(s)----(Nonrefundable and nonreturnable products)
For these item(s) are custom made as requested,it is not allowed to send back for refund or replace,do confirm your exact
information before you make the order.For the custom made item(s),we will start customizing it for you within 2 days after
receiving your payment,it's impossible to cancel an order after 2 days,any problem,contact our service supports
3. How can I do if Receive items not-as-described?
If you receive the goods that not as described,contact our customer support firstly,and we will confirm the details of the
problem with you.we will solve the problem for you if it is our mistake.
We are not responsible for such situations:yourself made a mistake and ordered the wrong product,or you ordered a product
